About the role
The Full Stack Developer is responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing the technical systems behind our e-commerce product’s web application and AI generation engine.
You will execute product features, implement agent workflows, manage infrastructure, and ensure the platform runs reliably in production. This role focuses on shipping scalable systems, solving technical challenges, and continuously improving performance across the stack.
Mission of the role
To build and maintain the AI systems and web platform that power the product, ensuring they run reliably, scale properly, and deliver a smooth experience to users.
In this role, you will:
Execute web app development & feature : Build and improve the Next.js application (generation flow, edit studio, user space) and deliver production-ready features aligned with product priorities.
Test & optimize AI agent pipeline : Execute and maintain multi-agent workflows, integrate LLM and image APIs, and improve reliability, speed, and cost efficiency of the generation system.
Manage Backend & database : Structure and maintain data models, background jobs, and generation states using Convex, ensuring clean and scalable architecture.
Operate DevOps & deployment : Manage environments, deployments, CI/CD, monitoring, and system stability to ensure smooth production releases.
Run Debugging & system improvement: Identify issues across frontend, backend, and AI layers, resolve them efficiently, and continuously improve performance and robustness of the platform.

LLM & Image APIs – Integration and orchestration of generation pipelines.
GitHub – Version control and collaboration.
Sentry – Debugging, error tracking, and performance optimization.
Linear – Task tracking and sprint execution.
Close collaboration with product team – Daily alignment on priorities, features, and system improvements.

Are highly problem-solving oriented and enjoy tackling technical challenges daily
Take ownership and prefer finding solutions over escalating problems
Think in systems, not just isolated features
Can move fast while staying structured and organized
Are comfortable operating in ambiguity and figuring things out
Care about building reliable, clean, and scalable systems
Have hands-on experience building with Next.js and modern web stacks
Are familiar with DevOps practices (CI/CD, environments, deployments, monitoring)
Understand or have worked with agentic systems or multi-agent workflows
Have experience integrating LLM APIs or AI workflows
Are comfortable working with AI coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex
Have worked with Convex or similar backend/database systems
