About the role
The Executive Assistant to the Founder supports the daily operations, coordination, and execution across the founder’s professional and selected personal workflows.
This role ensures that priorities move forward smoothly by organizing schedules, coordinating tasks, handling administrative operations, and helping maintain clear execution across ongoing projects.
The assistant acts as a reliability layer around the founder — helping keep operations structured, deadlines respected, and key information organized.
Mission of the role
Create operational clarity and reliability around the founder by ensuring tasks, schedules, communication, and content activities are properly organized, tracked, and executed.
The mission is to remove friction from daily operations so the founder can focus on strategy, product, and growth.
In this role, you will:
Founder schedule management
Manage calendar scheduling, meetings, travel planning, and appointment coordination.
Handle bookings, confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling when needed.
Task tracking & execution support
Track ongoing tasks, projects, and follow-ups across teams.
Ensure tasks assigned by the founder move forward and do not get stuck.
Maintain clear task lists and priority updates.
Administrative operations
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including documents, communication coordination, and simple research.
Organize files, notes, and operational information.
Coordination across teams
Help coordinate between the founder and internal team members.
Ensure information flows clearly and updates are communicated.
Personal operations support
Assist with certain personal logistics such as bookings, travel planning, and scheduling when needed.
Social media assistance
Assist with posting and managing some personal social media content for the founder.
Help schedule posts, upload content, and maintain basic platform activity.
