About the Role
The Vibe Coder ships features. You take an idea and turn it into something real that customers can use. You move fast, work directly with the CTO, and own what you build from start to finish.
This isn't a narrow role. In the AI age, the best builder does a bit of everything. You build the product. You wire up the systems behind it. You use AI tools to move 3x faster. You care less about which layer you're touching and more about getting a great feature live.
You're a high-agency builder who loves shipping and owns the hard parts when they show up.
In this role, you will:
Ship new features fast. Take a fresh idea and turn it into a shipped, reliable feature people can use.
Build AI agents that check quality. Create agents that inspect what we generate. Make sure every output that reaches a customer is good. Catch and fix problems automatically.
Improve the core AI pipelines. Work on the AI systems at the heart of the product. Keep the experience consistent and high-quality at scale.
Make commerce just work. Help build and improve checkout, billing, and orders so they stay reliable and never drop a transaction.
Keep things running. Build and maintain the systems everything runs on, with strong monitoring and uptime.
Tools and workflow:
You don't need experience with all of these to apply.
Backend & data: Next.js, Convex, queues, and background workers.
AI: LLM and image-generation APIs, agent frameworks, and evaluation tools for the generation pipeline.
Payments & integrations: Stripe, plus the services that handle fulfillment and delivery.
Cloud & DevOps: deployment, environments, CI/CD, and monitoring for smooth, reliable releases.
Claude Code / Codex / Cursor: AI-assisted coding is the default here. We expect you to move fast with it.
Close work with the CTO and product team: daily alignment on architecture, priorities, and what to build next.
You might thrive in this role if you:
Are AI-native. You build with LLMs and agents. You think in evals, prompts, tools, and pipelines, not just code.
Know Next.js and how to work with SaaS databases.
Understand DevOps, especially with GitHub.
Are proactive, detail-oriented, and focused on solutions.
Like fast-moving startups and want to take ownership.
Bonus if :
Have experience with AI pipeline
Have experience in Saas
