About the Role
The Product Owner owns what we build and why for our stealth e-commerce project: AI-personalized products created online, produced and delivered worldwide.
You turn strategy into a clear roadmap, write the specs, prioritize the backlog, and make sure every release ships on time and works for customers.
You're the link between the founders, developers, designers, operations and growth.
Mission of the role
Make sure the team always builds the right thing next, ships it reliably, and keeps the product running smoothly at scale.
In this role, you will:
• Own the product strategy and roadmap. Translate business goals into priorities, milestones and a clear backlog.
• Write specs and user stories. Define features, acceptance criteria and success metrics with design and engineering.
• Lead delivery. Run sprints, unblock the team, and coordinate DevOps releases so features go live without breaking anything.
• Steer the AI pipeline. Prioritize improvements to generation quality, model training and output consistency.
• Own production admin and maintenance. Track bugs, incidents and tech debt, and keep the product stable.
• Guard quality. Make sure every output reaching customers meets our quality bar, working with Quality Control and Fulfillment.
• Drive R&D. Test new features, AI models and ideas, and decide what's worth scaling.
• Use data. Track funnel, retention and product metrics, and feed insights back into the roadmap.
Tools and workflow:
You don't need experience with all of these to apply.
• Linear / Notion / Jira: roadmap, backlog and specs.
• Figma: reviewing flows and prototypes with design.
• Analytics: GA4, PostHog or Mixpanel for product metrics.
• AI tools: LLMs and generation tools to prototype and test ideas.
• Close work with the founders, CTO, design, operations and growth: daily alignment on priorities.
You might thrive in this role if you:
• Have experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar.
• Communicate clearly and write sharp specs.
• Understand how software and AI products are built, even if you don't code.
• Are organized, decisive and comfortable saying no.
• Like fast-moving startups and want to take ownership.
Bonus if:
• Have experience in e-commerce or AI products
• Have a technical background
