About the Role
The **Product Designer** shapes every screen of our stealth e-commerce project: AI-personalized products that customers create online and receive at their door, across the US, UK, Australia and Europe.
You own the experience from the first landing page to the finished order. You design it, test it, and work with developers until it ships pixel-perfect.
You're a designer who thinks in conversions as much as in aesthetics.
Mission of the role
Make creating and buying a personalized product feel effortless and magical, so more visitors turn into happy customers.
In this role, you will:
- **Design the product experience.** Own the end-to-end customer journey: discovery, customization flow, preview, checkout and post-purchase.
- **Build the interfaces.** Design web and mobile screens, landing pages and a reusable design system the team can build from.
- **Design for the funnel.** Work with Growth to design landing pages and run A/B tests that lift conversion.
- **Research and iterate.** Run user tests, read session recordings and data, and turn insights into better flows (R&D).
- **Shape the AI output experience.** Help define how AI-generated previews are presented, edited and approved by customers.
- **Hand off cleanly.** Deliver specs and prototypes developers can ship without guesswork.
Tools and workflow:
You don't need experience with all of these to apply.
- **Claude Design:** explore concepts and generate UI directions fast.
- **Figma:** design system, prototypes and handoff.
- **Claude Code:** turn designs into working front-end prototypes yourself.
- **Conductor:** run parallel AI coding agents to ship design changes faster.
- **Analytics:** GA4 and Hotjar for behavior and funnel data.
- **Close work with the Product Owner, developers and Growth team:** weekly alignment on what to design next.
You might thrive in this role if you:
- Have a strong portfolio of web or e-commerce products.
- Care about conversion, clarity and detail in equal measure.
- Understand responsive design and how things get built.
- Move fast and enjoy shipping, testing and iterating.
- Are proactive and take ownership of your work.
Bonus if:
- Have designed for DTC e-commerce or personalized products
- Already ship front-end prototypes with Claude Code
